The primary creative workspace is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate 10–12 retreat guests, giving each guest room to spread out projects, supplies, and creative tools while maintaining a warm, collaborative atmosphere.
For larger groups, Fountain City Creative Retreat can support up to 18 creative guests by utilizing an additional flexible workspace located on the lower level of the home. This expanded setup allows larger retreat groups to comfortably spread out across multiple work areas.

Absolutely. Creative inspiration doesn’t always follow a schedule, and neither does this retreat. Fountain City Creative Retreat is intentionally designed to support 24/7 crafting and creative weekends, giving your group the flexibility to create on your own timeline — whether that means early-morning coffee and quiet crafting sessions or late-night scrapbooking marathons with friends. The space is built for uninterrupted creative time, comfortable flow, and weekend-long inspiration.

Yes. Guests should plan to bring their own creative supplies, tools, machines, materials, and personal project essentials. Because every retreat group works differently, we intentionally keep the space flexible so guests can customize their experience around their preferred projects, setups, and creative styles.
Think of the retreat as your beautifully designed creative home base — you bring the projects, and we provide the environment to make the weekend comfortable, inspiring, and easy.

Yes. While Fountain City Creative Retreat was initially inspired by the scrapbooking and paper crafting community, the workspace was intentionally designed to support a variety of creative retreat experiences.

Yes. We provide breakfast for two day. One day is a typically a cold offering and one day typically an egg casserole.

Yes. Beyond the 2 mornings breakfast offering, groups should plan meals, snacks, and beverages for the weekend.

Yes. The home includes a kitchen for group meals, snacks, coffee, and weekend prep.

Yes, we plan to provide coffee basics as part of the retreat experience. Keurig K-Cups coffee, assorted teas, variety of creamers and assorted sugars provided.

Deposit is due at time of booking. Final Payments are due 45 days prior to your check in date.

Refund all monies except deposit.
45–59 Days
50% refund of payments made beyond deposit IF retreat dates are not rebooked.

No refunds.
Transfer requests considered case-by-case.

Our Private Retreat Weekend package includes exclusive access to the retreat space from Thursday at noon through Sunday at 3:00 PM and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The full weekend rate is $3000 for the group.

Our standard retreat stay runs Thursday through Sunday, giving your group time to arrive, settle in, create, and enjoy a full weekend together.

Submit an inquiry through the website with your preferred dates, backup dates, group size, and retreat type. We’ll confirm availability and send next steps for deposit/payment.

Yes. A deposit of $1000 will be required to hold your retreat dates. Remainder of the full amount due 45 days prior to stay.

Yes. Full-week creative retreats may be available depending on the calendar. Submit an inquiry and we’ll review your preferred dates.

The home balances private sleeping space, shared gathering areas, and dedicated creative environments, allowing guests to enjoy both productive creative time and comfortable overnight accommodations throughout the retreat weekend.
Whether your group prefers late-night crafting sessions, quiet morning coffee, or cozy evenings reconnecting together, the home was designed to support the full retreat experience.

The retreat is best for 10–12 guests, with a maximum overnight capacity of 14 guests.

No. Private retreat weekends are reserved for your group only.

Yes, select open dates may be available for traditional family/group stays, but our primary focus is private creative retreats.

Yes. Parking is available on site. Both in drive and on street parking is available.

Yes. The creative workspace is on the main level accommodating 12 attendees, additional workspaces available in lower level of space that will accommodate additional 6 attendees.

No the main space is on the main level of the space.
To reach the additional creative space in the lower level there is a flight of stairs. We are building the guest experience around making unloading as smooth as possible, but guests in excess of 12 people should be aware of the stairs when planning what to bring.
